The Ask: Klarna wanted to own the Holiday in July narrative by launching a campaign that offered retailers insights, guidance, and support that best prepares them for online and in-store shopping during the holidays—especially in the Covid era. We were tasked with developing a creative wrapper that included a virtual event for retailers, as well as a mailer and infographic that would be sent to them.
